Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your use of all software products operated by Tenpound ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using any Tenpound product, you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using any Tenpound product, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and accept these terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. Products covered
These terms apply to all software products currently operated under the Tenpound name. Additional products will be added as they are released. Each product may have supplementary terms presented at the time of use.
3. User accounts
Some Tenpound products require an account to access. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms or engage in activity that harms other users, our infrastructure, or third-party services.
4. Acceptable use
You agree not to: use our products for any unlawful purpose; attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse our APIs or infrastructure; use automated scripts or bots beyond the intended product interface; or attempt to gain unauthorised access to other users' data.
5. Intellectual property
All software, design, copy, and branding within Tenpound products is owned by Tenpound / Syed Gafur unless explicitly stated otherwise. Nothing in these terms grants you a licence to reproduce, resell, or redistribute any part of our products.
6. Data and privacy
We collect only what is necessary to operate each product. We do not sell, share, or monetise your data. Where a product requests access to third-party services on your behalf, that access is used solely to perform the actions you explicitly authorise. 7. Payments and subscriptions
Some products may offer paid tiers or subscriptions. Where applicable, billing terms, cancellation policy, and refund details will be presented at the time of purchase and will supplement these terms. If no payment is required to use a feature, no charges will apply.
Early access to features may be granted on a time-limited basis at our discretion, without charge. We reserve the right to transition early access features to paid tiers with reasonable notice.
8. Service availability
We aim to keep our products available and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any product or feature at any time. Where possible, we will provide advance notice of significant changes.
Third-party services and APIs that our products depend on are outside our control. Changes to those services may affect product functionality.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
Our products are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements. Use is at your own risk.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tenpound and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our products — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or service interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total aggregate liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of any Tenpound product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
For material changes, we will make reasonable efforts to notify active users via email or in-product notice.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of India.
